Job Description

Manage a team in a support centre (office open 7 days a week - Morning to late Evening.)

Ensure all client interactions are managed to the highest level

Be able to guide and mentor staff and ensure a high level of motivation

Have the foresight to suggest process improvements

Follow up on complaints and ensure that every client issue is sorted out timeously

Train and develop new staff, Create a performance culture within the team

Manage team rosters to ensure sufficient staff available for each shift

Be a liaison between all the business units of the company

Track and manage tasks and new projects and provide regular feedback to management

Manage employees performance in a fair and consistent manner including disciplinary measures

Accounting and Administration Experience necessary.

Host meetings with the teams and the respective supervisors to assist with issues to drive consistent improvements

Keep track of industry changes and improvements that can apply to business and relay these to the team


Desired Experience & Qualification

Minimum 5+ years of management experience

Must have experience in a leadership position

Tertiary Qualifications necessary - Degree, Diploma in ENGINEERING preferably Electrical Engineering
