Our Client is looking for an Import / Export Shipping Administrator

Candidate will be required to control  transport / shipping files.

The individual will need to do the following duties :

• Monitor vessels and stacks dates
• Check rates with lines
• Receive files and make appropriate bookings
• Check and confirm bookings
• Liaise with traders to check goods are ready for loading
• Liaise with warehouse for loading
• Liaise with transporters
• Pre advise containers into stack
• Do all customs entries , certificates, cargo dues and instructions to lines using cargowise
• Reverse the above process for imports.
• The individual must know how to frame a SAD500/ SAD550 , EUR1 and SADC
• Knowledge of export documents essential .
• 2-5 yrs experience
