Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to support our production team in compiling, collating, and formatting production-related documents. The ideal candidate should have a strong ability to develop and structure documents effectively, ensuring clarity and accuracy in information representation.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compile, collate, and format production-related documents.

  • Interpret and refine content to ensure optimal presentation.

  • Provide general administrative support to production supervisors, including ad hoc duties as required.

  • Manage timesheets for production staff, ensuring accurate payment processing.

  • Oversee leave management, overtime tracking, clocking reports, and attendance records.

  • Ensure compliance with internal documentation and reporting standards.

 

  • Educational Requirement: Matric (or equivalent qualification)

  • Experience: 2 – 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

  • Technical Skills: Advanced to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Competencies:

    • Strong document structuring and formatting skills.

    • Ability to interpret and refine content for effective presentation.

    • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
