globally. The CEO has headed up various international companies in the trading space for over 12 years. Working hours is only Monday to Friday and it is Shift work.

  • Must have own vehicle and valid drivers

Job Summary

Responsible for converting data (leads) into activations, assisting potential clients to process an FTD to
trade on the company platform. This position would be in the Retention or Conversion Department
making outbound calls to our international clients who have already obtained a trading or who are
interested in opening a trading account. Full training provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Management of data (leads) distributed.
  • Initiate first contact with potential clients and convert lead into activation
  • Ensure responsible trading and compliance to all regulations and company policies
  • Provide training to clients on the use of the Company platform and deposit process
  • Present products by utilizing effective sales and persuasion skills and product knowledge
  • Utilize knowledge of compliance and regulations
  • Ensure all information on new activations are completed accurately for Account managers
  • Ensure the constant flow of new business to the retention department
  • Complete special projects, and miscellaneous duties
